Clinton Grand can design and build homes on blocks with fall. Our Prestige and Iconic Ranges of pre-designed plans were created to cater for a sloping block.
Each block is looked at on a case by case basis to determine if a stepped slab is required. Our goal with sloping block projects is to reduce the number of site costs. This is viewed as an opportunity to integrate the fall of the land into the design.

sloping block custom floor plans
For blocks with less than 3 meters of fall, our Prestige range of homes can easily integrate a stepped slab to blend with the natural contours of your land. Our design team work with you to create a balanced floor plan to work within your budget by customising these pre-designed floor plans.
sloping block split level design
Clinton Grand offer pre-designed split level homes in our Prestige range that cater for both downward and upward sloping blocks. Design109 and Design112 include all of Clinton Grand’s creative thinking to bring you a modern home design that suits significant sloping blocks.

custom floor plans
Blocks with more than 5m fall often require a custom solution. Our designers look to tailor your home to the contours of your land. Creating a unique floor plan that fits within your lifestyle requirements and your budget.

first steps
Investigating and researching your blocks potential is our number one priority. With a clear understanding of your block we can accurately design and cost your project and avoid any surprises during the build. Often a contour survey is required to begin the process, which our team can organise for you.
